Yoga at Millenium Park
The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs is offering Free Yoga at Millenium Park every Saturday, June 5 – September 11, 2010. Workouts at Millenium Park take place on The Great Lawn and are free to the public. The normal calendar includes Yoga, Pilates and Dance – with Tai Chi and Kids Workouts scattered throughout the summer.

Yoga at Millenium Park
7 AM: Stirling Tai Chi Society
8 AM: Moksha Yoga Center – Becky Raines
9 AM: Flow
10 AM: Isla Pacifika (Learn the fast-paced basics of Tahitian dance)
Music by DhakFu from 8-10 AM

Begin your weekend with a workout led by a Chicago-area dance company, or take classes in Yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi, with the instructors from the Lakeshore Athletic Club. Workouts are presented by Millennium Park, McDonald’s Corporation and the Mayor’s Fitness Council, and take place on the Great Lawn of the Pritzker Pavilion.
