Here is your chance to support local businesses and get money back. This Rogers Park Holiday Shopping Rebate will give you a $25 rebate when you collect receipts from at least three stores within their “Special Service Areas”, from now through December 31, 2007. One detail to note is that you must spend at least $20 per receipt and you can spend a maximum of $30 for groceries and/or liquor.

I originally found the Rogers Park Holiday Shopping Rebate advertised in the Chicago Reader and was promised that if I visited the Rogers Park website, I would find a map that showed me the shops that are participating in this deal. The actual page for the Rogers Park Holiday Shopping Rebate was hard to find by itself, and after a lot of hunting this was the only map that I was able to find.

Here are the shopping districts as described in their advertisement:

Howard Street SSA #19 boundaries: Howard Street, from 1448 W. Howard Street (greenview) to 2200 W. Howard Street (Ridge), including The Gateway Center; Paulina on the west side of the street from Jonquil to Howard; and Paulina from Howard to Rogers Avenue.

Clark/Morse/Glenwood SSE #24 boundaries: Mores Avenue from Clark Street to Sheridan Road; Clark Street from Wallen Avenue to Birchwood Avenue, and Glenwood Avenue from Lunt to Farwell.
