There are some actions that are so obvious that the failure to implement them has to do with something other than those actions merits. Here are a few of my favorites:

1. Failure to legalize ALL drugs; coke, crack, marijuana, heroin, etc.
2. Failure to create a land based casino in the old Chicago Post Office
3. Failure to fine treble damages to any company employing illegal aliens
4. Failure to require the presence of the father before any funds are dispersed to illegitimate children

There are a number of reasons given for the failure to implement any of the above. But they fail in
comparison to their obvious merits. There just have to be another unstated reason(s).
The benefits of #1 and #2 over their drawbacks are so obvious that one suspects that there is some
hidden reason. And there is..........money. Someone(s) is making a LOT OF MONEY with things as they are. And we are talking about government officials here..local, city state and federal. Make no mistake.
