If you’re looking for a fun Davenport’s Cabaret Bar is located at 1383 N Milwaukee Ave. With live entertainment on most nights of the week, Davenport’s Cabaret Bar is a great place to go with friends, or out of town guests who are looking for some good entertainment. Around 1am, the show turns towards some more adult jokes, which what many of the customers come to see.

In the main room, you will find a piano that plays centerstage for the cabaret show. Different members of the waitstaff get their turn to sing, while the audience crowds into the limited seating. Davenport’s backroom (Cabaret Room) plays host to different musical acts each night, so check out the official Davenport’s Cabaret website for showtimes and dates. It is also suggested that you call ahead to reserve your table.

There is no cover charge at Davenports Cabaret Bar. The drink prices are a bit high, and I figured that was to cover the cost of the entertainment, so I was a little surprised when I found a $4 “Entertainment Fee” on my bill. I’m not sure how the Entertainment Fee is calculated, and it isn’t a large sum of money, but be prepared for this.
