The 53rd annual Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2008. The 2008 Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade kicks off at Noon, marching through Grant Park, up Columbus Avenue (from Balbo to Monroe). Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 12:00 noon, Saturday March 15th, which falls on Saint Patrick’s Day this year! A little background is in order here. The parade has been held the Saturday before the actual calendar date of Saint Patrick’s Day. This allows families to participate in the festivities without having to remove their children from school.
