I haven’t been able to find a whole lot of information about The Chicago Speed Skating Classic, but here’s what I have: The Chicago Speed Skating Classic will take place on Sunday, January 27, 2008. The event will be held at McFetridge Sports Center, 3843 N. California. Registration is $15 and you must register ahead of time. For more information call 312-744-1179.

Races begin at 11:15amMedals will be awarded to the top finishers in each age division. All participants will receive a cap and goodie bag. Novices, first timers, in-line skaters, and all others who skate are welcome and should circle the “Recreation” level on the entry form.
