The new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, will open on Friday July 18, 2008 - and in anticipation of this movie event, you can get tickets to see The Dark Knight at The Navy Pier IMAX Theater. Adding to our list of summer events in Chicago, The Navy Pier IMAX will screen 72 consecutive hours of The Dark Knight all weekend, from 12:01am on Friday morning until late Sunday, July 20. The weekend will feature games, contests, prizes and more.

Batman at Navy Pier IMAX
In celebration of the much anticipated summer blockbuster, The Dark Knight, Navy Pier IMAX Theatre, will host 72 hours of Batman, which will include consecutive screenings of the film as well as a variety of Batman themed contests and games, more details to be announced at a later date. 72 Hours of Batman will begin with the first film screening at midnight on Friday, July 18, 2008 (aka late Thursday night, July 17) at Navy Pier IMAX Theatre, 700 E. Grand Ave. The Dark Knight: The IMAX Experience will run repeatedly for 72 hours, with the final showing of opening weekend at midnight on Sunday, July 20.
