The 47th Annual Andersonville Midsommarfest (aka midsummerfest) is a celebration of Swedish heritage, artisans, great food and music. The 2008 Andersonville Midsommarfest will happen Saturday & Sunday, June 14 & 15, 2008. Midsommarfest is open from 11am-10pm on both days at 5200 N. Clark Street. A $5 donation benefits the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce.

The 2008 Andersonville Midsommarfest features 4 musical stages with music from 11am to 10pm.
