Adler Planetarium Free Days

The Adler Planetarium Free Days are the same as the Shedd Aquarium Free Days, and since both museums are located conveniently in Grant Park’s Museum Campus, it is easy to get a full day (or two) of free learning and exploration.
Tickets to Planetarium shows are available for an additional fee.
The Adler Planetarium is open daily 9:30am–6pm during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day); Daily 9:30am–4:30pm off-season (Labor Day to Memorial Day); The Adler Planetarium is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Call 312-922-STAR or check out the official Adler Planetarium Free Days page if you have any questions.
If you’re looking to visit the Adler Planetarium but these Free Days don’t work for you, check out the Go Chicago Card to get discounts to the Alder Planetarium and many other Chicago Attractions.
